On June 29, 2022, invited by Prof. Wang Tie, Director of Life and Health Intelligent Research institute of Tianjin University of Technology, Prof. Li Jinghong, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Tsinghua University, gave an academic report on the topic of "CRISPR Bioanalytical Chemistry" for all teachers and students through online conference. Liu Dongzhi, Secretary of Party Committee of Tianjin University of Technology, Lu Tongbu, Dean of School of Materials Science and Engineering, Wang Cheng, Vice President of Institute For New Energy Materials and Low-Carbon Technology, attended the lecture, and Wang Chunxia, Director of Chemistry Department of National Natural Science Foundation of China and scientific researchers in related fields attended the lecture through online conference.

At the beginning of the presentation, Prof. Jinghong Li introduced the CRISPR technology, emphasizing the importance of CRISPR bioanalysis and its features and advantages in genetic applications. After that, Prof. Li analyzed the research ideas of CRISPR bioanalytical chemistry, proposed the scientific objectives of "precise detection of complex targets" and "enhanced detection effect of complex biological systems", and introduced the work of his group in "CRISPR imaging technology, biometrics, paper-based sensors for genetic testing, probes for clinical disease diagnosis The research progress in "CRISPR" imaging technology, "biometrics", "paper sensors for gene detection", "probes for clinical disease diagnosis" and "rapid development of new mutant probes".
