国自然(面上):人体肠道菌群中耐药基因分布和增殖机制研究(参与);
国自然(青年):根除幽门螺杆菌对人体肠道菌群中耐药基因分布和细菌耐药性进化机制(主持)。
研究方向:
1、抗生素胁迫下肠道菌群中ARGs增殖及肠道细菌耐药性进化机制研究;并基于组学和动物模型结合的手段研究异生质与肠道菌群的相互作用,及其可能的健康风险。
2、靶向治疗肠道疾病的药物合成,及基于生物多糖、脂质体和PLGA等材料构建高效的药物递送系统。
