In the afternoon of June 8, 2023, Wei Shen, General Manager of SDIC Technology Innovation CO., Ltd., Fade Zhang, Director of Guoqian Medical Technology CO.,Ltd, and Chunjing Zhang, President of Tianjin Cenval Investment Company, and a group of seven people visited our institute and had a discussion. Prof.Shengyong Chen, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Tianjin University of Technology,Prof.Tie Wang, Assistant to the President of Tianjin University of Technology and Dean of the Life and Health Intelligent research Institute , and Prof. Shougen Yin, Dean of the Institute of Advanced Technology and Director of the Technology Transfer Center of Tianjin University of Technology, attended the symposium.

Prof. Tie Wang expressed his sincere welcome to all of you and introduced the development history of the Institute from the background of construction, research features and achievements, exchange and cooperation, especially the detailed introduction of our self-developed gas sensor for disease exhalation detection and medical high-performance ion mobility spectrum, which was recently debuted at the 7th World Intelligence Congress and is expected to be stationed in Tiankai Park to realize the transformation of scientific research results and large-scale industrialization, creating a new market for intelligent detection of disease exhalation gas.

In the subsequent symposium, Director Fade Zhang, President Chunjing Zhang and General Manager Wei Shen expressed their views and gave professional suggestions on the way of transformation of achievements of the Institute, relevant industry support policies and product sales model, industrialization base building, key points of concern for equity investment of university achievements, construction of "three bases" (fund, base, base industry) and national strategic needs, etc. The two sides also had in-depth communication on the above contents and discussed the cooperation mode of transformation of scientific research achievements, combined with the development policy of Tianjin region.The two sides have complementary advantages in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into applications, and have the potential for in-depth cooperation in many other fields, and have reached preliminary intentions for strategic cooperation.

At the end of the seminar, Vice President Shengyong Chen made a summary of the exchange.He believes that the smooth transformation of university research results is not only to promote the integration of industry and education, the deep integration of innovation chain capital chain talent chain, but more importantly, it can serve major national strategies and meet different needs of society.He believes that under the leadership of the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and various policy support, the Institute will be able to collide with enterprises to form a complete space for R&D, incubation, transformation and industrialization, develop more products with independent intellectual property rights, and contribute to the new development of the health industry in Tianjin with the strength of Tianli people.
