Research Program
Aiming at the major needs of national strategic emerging industries and life and health protection, Life and Health Intelligent Research Institute focuses on major scientific issues in the field of life and health, and the development of cross-cutting frontiers and applications. Inter disciplinary integration of medicine, machinery, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, etc., combined with engineering technologies such as scientific instrument development, chip design and manufacturing, and research on life and health testing and disease diagnosis and treatment.
Along with the continuous development of non-destructive medical diagnosis, in vitro diagnosis has a very high potential in the early diagnosis and large-scale screening of clinical diseases due to its non-invasive, painless, convenient and other advantages, and has gotten more and more attention. Therefore, based on new principles, new methods and new materials, the development of chemical information suitable for detection and disease-related chemical information in the physiological environment is the theme and hotspot of modern analytical chemistry research, which meets the major needs of the sustainable development of the national economy and society.
How to realize simple and efficient in vitro detection is a hot topic in the fields of nanoscience, chemometrics and medicine. The transition from static detection to dynamic detection, from post-purification detection to in-situ detection in complex environments, is the development trend and frontier of chemical detection in the future. Based on novel functional nano-assembly structures, LHIRI has developed a series of high-specificity and -sensitivity detection methods; through the rapid and efficient separation of specific markers in samples of complex flowing systems (flowing blood or exhaled air). To detect and analyze clinical patient samples; to further develop portable and wearable testing devices: masks, microneedles, patches, kits, electronic noses, portable testing backpacks, etc., through new problems found in clinical testingthat re-guide the foundation Research, to realize the whole chain research from basic research, instrument development for clinical testing.
We aim to develop two biotherapeutic assistance platforms for stem cell acclimation and flexible substance-based drug delivery, in order to achieve directional differentiation of stem cells, assist in the treatment of chronic diseases, and efficiently deliver drugs, improve efficacy and reduce patient treatment costs.
