On the afternoon of November 21, 2023, the leaders of Zibo Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and entrepreneurs came to our institute for investigation and exchange, accompanied by Prof. Penghui Li, vice president of the Institute of Advanced Technology and deputy director of the Center of Technology Transfer of Tianjin University of Technology, and some of the faculty members of the institute.

The delegation visited the instrument rooms, laboratories and office areas of the Institute, and learned in detail about the background of the establishment of the Institute, the talent team, research characteristics, scientific research platforms and the research results achieved so far, in particular, they highly affirmed the three innovative projects of the Institute, such as "Disease Exhalation Detection Gas Sensors", which were independently developed by the Institute and have been successfully stationed in Tiankai Park, and had a warm discussion with the relevant teachers on the principles, performance and scope of the above scientific and technological products.

Mingguang Zhang, deputy director of Zibo Municipal Science and Technology Bureau,and other leaders and entrepreneurs suggested that the institute can meet the requirements of the times, utilize new thinking, leverage new technologies, grasp new opportunities, continue to increase basic research and technological innovation, enhance core competitiveness, continue to deepen the cooperation with other relevant universities, scientific research institutes, and enterprises, to generate more high-level scientific and technological achievements, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and form an industrial system at an early date, so as to realize high-level scientific and technological self-sustaining self-enhancement and to promote the development of the economy and society and to contribute to the greater strength.
