Pipette, commonly used in laboratories for pipetting small amounts or trace liquids, are precision instruments. It is widely used in laboratory physical, chemical and instrumental analysis, microbiological testing, etc.

Notices

1. If the pipette is not used for a long period of time, adjust the range of the pipette to the maximum scale so that the spring is in a relaxed state to protect the spring.

2. When using to check whether there is a leakage phenomenon. The method is to see if the liquid level drops after the liquid is sucked and placed vertically in the air for a few seconds. If there is liquid leakage, check whether the suction nozzle is matched and whether the spring piston is normal.

3. When aspirating liquid must slowly and smoothly release the thumb, never allow a sudden release to prevent the solution from being inhaled too quickly and rushing into the plunger to corrode the plunger and cause air leakage.

4. When there is liquid in the pipette nozzle, it is strictly forbidden to place the pipette horizontally or upside down to prevent the liquid from flowing into the piston chamber and corroding the pipette piston.

5. Clean the inside of the pipette regularly to prevent liquid from entering and corroding the spring, etc.
