Introduction of Instrument
Dispensing machine, also known as glue coating machine, glue dripping machine, etc., is an automatic machine that specializes in fluid control and drips and coats the fluid on the surface of the product or inside the product, which can realize three-dimensional and four-dimensional path dispensing, precise positioning, accurate glue control, no pulling, no leakage and no dripping. The dispensing machine is mainly used for product process of glue, paint and other fluids to be precisely dispensed, injected, coated and dripped onto each product at a precise location, and can be used to achieve dotting, line drawing and rounding.
Working Principle
The compressor feeds compressed air into the syringe and presses the glue into the feed tube connected to the piston chamber. When the piston is on the upstroke, the piston chamber is filled with glue, which is pressed out from the nozzle when the piston advances the drip needle downward. The amount of glue to be dripped out is determined by the glue discharge pressure and the suction back pressure, which are set manually by the controller.
Notices
1. When Z-zero inter-difference is indicated, if the inter-difference is full, click to eliminate the number of hit points to restore it.
2. When scribing the line to turn off the time on the controller panel below the computer, drawing points to turn on the time switch and set the required time.
3. If there is an error or failure in reading the MUCAD file, it is because this program was already there, so delete this variety and rebuild it.
4. In the coating channel that to ensure that only one channel to run, if there are more than one channel to useless channel next to the graphics array data valid unchecked, otherwise it will run more than one channel.
5. After the test, please wash the needle, take your own sample away, and put the discarded needle in the designated place.
