Testing Tips - Parameter Settings
(1)Start with a smaller laser power, e.g. 0.1%, and a full spectrum scan (100 - 4000 cm-1) to view the substance out of the peak band;
(2) Increasing the laser power step by step, if the laser does not burn the sample, the intensity does not reach saturation, and the peak position of the spectrum and the one obtained at low power coincide exactly, then this power is available for normal testing;
(3) Select the appropriate laser power, spectral test range, and optimize the exposure time and accumulation number to obtain a better signal-to-noise curve.
(4) Static mode, the test range is certain, only the center value (Centre) can be changed, and the exposure time is minimum 0.001s;
(5) Extended-SynchroScan mode (continuous scanning mode) with settable test range (Low-High) and minimum exposure time of 10s;
(6) Extended-Step mode (catch-spectrum mode) with settable test range (Low-High) and minimum exposure time of 0.001s.
Testing Tips -Strong fluorescent background
(1) Using 785nm laser;
(2)Changing the laser power, which may cause a change in the relative intensity of the Raman and fluorescence signals;
(3) Confocality selects the High high confocal mode to reduce the sample test volume element to reduce the interference of the sample substrate material fluorescence on the surface materia.
